If you come from outside UK as a representative of any company then you can apply for this sole representative visa UK. For this you have to be from outside European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. You have to be either of these two
1.       You are a sole representative of any overseas company which is actually planning to establish a new branch in UK
2.       Or else, you can be an employee of any overseas newspaper, or news agency or broadcasting organisation.
Of course, there are some eligibility criteria for a sole representative to get this visa. Once you are eligible for this visa you do not need to worry about it. The below list consists of the criteria

3.       You have to have the knowledge in English as you are in a place when majority speaks in this language.
4.       If you are coming to this place as a sole representative then remember you have to be employed or recruited outside the UK by any company which has no headquarter or principal link in or with UK.
5.       You should have extensive related to industrial knowledge and experience.
6.       You have to hold a major position in the company but of course not as a major shareholder but as an employee who can shape his or her own decision on the behalf of the position.
7.       You can also be eligible if your company has legal entity in UK.
8.       There is another way of getting eligibility and that is if you are an employee of overseas newspaper then you can come to UK.

Remember, in UK maximum people speak in English so that you need to prove your skill and knowledge in English at the time of application. What you have to do for that?
1.       You have to pass a test with at least CEFR level A1 in speaking, understanding and listening.
2.       You should have an academic qualification that was taught in English and not only that but also it has to be recognised by UK NARIC.
3.       You may be met other ways of proving your English knowledge as well.

1.       You have to produce a valid passport or any valid travel identification as an applicant at the time of application.
2.       You have to show that you are self-sufficient and can bear your own expenses that are you have show statements of bank and slips of last 6 months.
3.       You have to show them the details at where you will be staying at the time of your stay in UK.
